Family run and operated, we are always happy to assist with any idea you can think up. Creating is a love and hobby born of wanting something more than what's on offer.

Shipping

We provide shipping services across Australia, and the shipping fee is calculated at the time of checkout based on the product and postcode. Our toy boxes are delivered in flat packs, with some assembly required. We include basic tools and instructions as needed.

If you prefer, you can also opt for local pick-up, and we will coordinate a date and time that works for you. Please note that if you choose this option, the toy box will be assembled during pick-up. If you use a discount code on checkout, make sure you intend to collect a "flat pack" beause it will be collected as so.

Important notice: Upon receiving your package, please open it immediately. Be aware that couriers are not liable for damages beyond 24 hours from the delivery period. If you notice any damages, please email us photos with photographic proof, and we will immediately file a claim on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

Since each of our products are tailored to your child's specifications, we are unable to accept returns or refunds due to a change of heart. Please ensure that you carefully review all spelling and other details during the electronic approval process at checkout. We will also send a confirmation email for your final approval before the name is affixed.

If you receive a product that does not meet our website's listed product details or fails to meet your expectations, please contact us via email, and we will work with you to find a solution.
